Shipping Info: Shipping within GERMANY:
- any items up to 500g: 5.50 EUR (insured & tracable)

Shipping within EUROPE:
- up to 3 x TAPE/CD: 5.50 EUR
- any items up to 1000g: 17 EUR (insured & trackable)

Shipping to USA:
- up to 2 x TAPE/CD: 10 EUR
- any items up to 1000g: 50 EUR (insured & trackable)

Shipping within REST OF THE WORLD:
- up to 2 x TAPE/CD: 10 EUR
- any items up to 1000g: 50 EUR (insured & trackable)

Orders are processed as fast as possible. Products will shipped directly from Germany by DEUTSCHE POST/DHL/HERMES.
Return Policy: Please expect all shippings to take noticeably longer due to Covid-19 related restrictions.

Returns can be made only if the product are in unused/sealed/unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for a return: factory defects, wrong color, size or format was sent, or error on our part. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product, if they are requesting a return. We will email you instructions on how to return the product. We will pay for the shipment back to us and back to you again.
